Johan’s practice is mainly oriented towards companies and High-net-worth individuals. In addition to tax, he also focuses on corporate matters and some M&A-related work. 

Johan’s practice includes advising companies and individuals in various tax related issues, such as inter alia restructurings, voluntary disclosures, and tax litigations. He also regularly assists clients in their contacts with the Tax Authority in Sweden and more generally in the drafting of agreements, negotiations, and other general business law issues. 

Johan has a special interest and focus on tax litigations and tax counselling as regards VAT issues. 

Johan is also an active member of Aija (Association Internationale Des Jeunes Avocats), ABA SIL and Legalmondo. He is currently holding the position as vice-chair in the International Tax Comitte of ABA SIL.
